Approval Procedure for Certification Bodies_version 2.0 এv Page no. 18 এর 5.2.3.4. Dealing with non-conformities এ উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে যে,
a) Certification decisions may include requests for the correction of minor non-conformities within a specified time period. In case of major non-conformities, a certificate shall be withheld or suspended until implementation of corrective actions can be demonstrated. In serious cases, certification shall be denied or withdrawn.
সনদ প্রদানের সিদ্ধান্তের ক্ষেত্রে একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমার মধ্যে ছোটখাটো অসামঞ্জস্য (minor non-conformities) সংশোধনের অনুরোধ অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে। বড় ধরনের অসামঞ্জস্যের (major non-conformities) ক্ষেত্রে, সংশোধনমূলক পদক্ষেপ বাস্তবায়নের বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত সনদ প্রদান স্থগিত বা বাতিল রাখা হবে। গুরুতর (Critical non-conformities) ক্ষেত্রে, সনদ প্রদান প্রত্যাখ্যান বা প্রত্যাহার করা হবে।
b) Reasons for denial, withdrawal or suspension of certification shall be stated with clear refer- ence to the GOTS criteria or other certification requirement violated.
সনদ প্রদান প্রত্যাখ্যান, প্রত্যাহার বা স্থগিত করার কারণসমূহ এমনভাবে উল্লেখ করতে হবে যাতে GOTS-এর মানদণ্ড বা সনদ সংক্রান্ত অন্য যে আবশ্যিক শর্তটি লঙ্ঘিত হয়েছে, তার সুস্পষ্ট উল্লেখ থাকে।
c) In case reasons for denial or withdrawal of certification include fraudulent activities the Certification Body shall promptly notify Global Standard gGmbH who will circulate among all approved Certification Bodies details of such operators. Certification Bodies must not offer certification to those operators within a period specified by Global Standard gGmbH.
যদি সনদ প্রত্যাখ্যান বা প্রত্যাহারের কারণগুলোর মধ্যে প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে, তবে সনদ প্রদানকারী সংস্থাকে অবিলম্বে ‘গ্লোবাল স্ট্যান্ডার্ড জিজিএমবিএইচ’ (Global Standard gGmbH)-কে অবহিত করতে হবে; এরপর তারা সংশ্লিষ্ট অপারেটরদের বিস্তারিত তথ্য সকল অনুমোদিত সনদ প্রদানকারী সংস্থার মধ্যে প্রচার করবে। ‘Global Standard gGmbH’ কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে সনদ প্রদানকারী সংস্থাগুলো ওইসব অপারেটরকে সনদ প্রদান করতে পারবে না।
এইখানে Audit এ প্রাপ্ত Findings গুলোকে non-conformities হিসেবে উল্লেখ করে ০৩টি ভাগে ভাগ করা হয়েছে minor non-conformities, major non-conformities ,Critical non-conformities।
