STEP 1: DATA COLLECTION
Collection can be done by either self-assessment (facility only) or a joint-assessment (facility + external assistance)
STEP 2: DATA VERIFICATION
The SLCP approved Verifier checks the correctness and completeness of the data gathered through the self/joint- assessment. The Verifier will confirm or amend the original data, resulting in a verified data set.
The Verification Oversight Organization (VOO) manages the Verifier selection process and performs quality checks.
STEP 3: DATA SHARING
The verified data set is shared through the Gateway and Accredited Hosts.
