Answer : Its depend on the concentration of Color, TSS, Turbidity & Organic Load + Added Chemical quantity etc . Their are no direct calculation . Say you sample m3 water contain of 100 ppm TSS , 50 ppm Turbidity and color 450 pt.co . in this case the sludge quantity will be = 100 + 50 + 450 = 600 ppm or mg/l or 0.6 kg . but this sludge are contain the moisture up to 80 & . so the maximum dry sludge will be 0.6 * 20 % = 0.12 KGS.
