বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান অনুযায়ী নারী পুরুষ সমান অধিকার। কিন্তু কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে নারীদের জন্য আইন ও শিথিল করা হয়েছে। নারীদের জন্য দেয়া হয়েছে বিশেষ সুবিধা। 🟢🔶
♦️আসুন জেনে নি মহিলা শ্রমিক কখন কখন কাজ করতে পারবে এবং কখন কখন কাজ করতে পারবে না♦️
☘️১. কোন মহিলা শ্রমিকের অনুমতি ব্যতীত রাত দশটা হইতে ভোর ছয়টা পর্যন্ত কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানে কাজ করতে পারবে না। (ধারা-১০৯)
☘️২. রাত দশটা হইতে ভোর ছয়টা পর্যন্ত কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানে যদি কাজ করাতে হয় তাহলে উক্ত শ্রমিকের নিরাপত্তা এবং যাতায়াত ব্যবস্থা নিশ্চিত সহ ফরম ৩৫ অনুযায়ী প্রতি মাসে ১ বার উক্ত মহিলা শ্রমিকের লিখিত সম্মতি পত্র নিতে হবে এবং ফরম ৩৬ অনুযায়ী রেজিস্টারে সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে। (বিধি-১০৩ (১,২,৪))
☘️৩. কোন মহিলা শ্রমিকের সন্তান প্রসবের অব্যবহিত পরবর্তী ৮ সপ্তাহের মধ্যে সে কোন কাজ করতে পারবে না এবং মালিকও তাকে সজ্ঞানে কোন কাজ করাতে পারবে না। (ধারা-৪৬(১,২))।
☘️৪. কোন মালিকের প্রতিষ্ঠানের কাজের জন্য কোন কিশোর কিশোরী বা অন্তঃসত্ত্বা অবস্থায় কোন মহিলাকে কোন দ্রব্য সরঞ্জাম বা যন্ত্রপাতি হাতে, মাথায় করে বহন, উত্তলোণ বা অপসারণের জন্য নিয়োজিত করা যাবে না। (বিধি -৬৩ (৩))
