সাধারনত যে কোন audit শুরু করার আগে আমাদেরকে একটি Self assessment form পুরন করতে হয়। তেমনি WRAP Certification এর জন্য audit শুরু করার আগে ও WRAP – Self assessment form টি কিভাবে পূরন করতে হয় তা সম্পর্কে ধারনা নিতে হয়
