WRAP Condensed Pre-Audit Self-Assessment এর Appendix A: WRAP 12 Principles (Page no: 13) ও WRAP Facility Handbook-2025-Version এর Appendix 2: WRAP’s 12 Principles (Page no: 39) এবং 12 Principles – WRAP Compliance এর (Page no: 3) এর COC NO.6:Hours of Work অনুযায়ী,
যখন স্থানীয় বাস্তবতার কারণে Overtime শ্রম আইন ও WRAP COC অনুযায়ী সীমার অতিরিত্ত হয়ে যায় তখন WRAP Audit সরাসরি ফেল না দিয়ে Guidelines to Working Hours Action Plan 3.0 এর মাধ্যমে পর্যায়ক্রমে উন্নতির সুযোগ দিয়ে findings টি close করার সুযোগ দেওয়া হয়।
কিভাবে WHAP ব্যবহার হয়
Guidelines to Working Hours Action Plan 3.0 ও WRAP Facility Handbook 2025″-এর Appendix 7 অংশে উল্লেখিত General Guidelines অনুযায়ী WHAP পূরন করে অডিটরগনকে দিতে হয়।
অডিটিং সংস্থা এটি সরাসরি WRAP-এর অফিশিয়াল অনলাইন প্ল্যাটফর্ম বা অডিটর ড্যাশবোর্ডে (WRAP Audit Portal) আপলোড করে যা পরবর্তীতে WRAP-এর রিভিউ বোর্ড পর্যালোচনা করে কারখানার সার্টিফিকেট ইস্যুর সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়।
