২৮৬৷ (১) কোন মালিক চতুর্থ অধ্যায়ের বিধান অনুযায়ী কোনো মহিলা শ্রমিককে প্রসূতি কল্যাণ সুবিধা হইতে বঞ্চিত করিলে তিনি পঁচিশ হাজার টাকা পর্যন্ত অর্থদণ্ডে দণ্ডনীয় হইবেন৷ 

(২) যে ক্ষেত্রে আদালত উপ-ধারা (১) এর অধীন কোন অর্থদণ্ড আরোপ করে সে ক্ষেত্রে, আদালত উহার রায় প্রদানকালে আদায়কৃত দণ্ডের অর্থ সম্পূর্ন বা উহার কোন অংশ সংশ্লিষ্ট মহিলাকে, যে কারণে উক্ত অর্থদণ্ড আরোপ করা হইয়াছে সে কারণ হইতে উদ্ভুত ক্ষতির জন্য, ক্ষতিপূরণ হিসাবে প্রদানের আদেশ দিতে পারিবে৷ 

(৩) আদালত, উপ-ধারা (২) এর অতিরিক্ত হিসাবে, চতুর্থ অধ্যায়ের যে সুবিধা হইতে শ্রমিককে বঞ্চিত করা হইয়াছে, সেই সুবিধা প্রদানের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট মালিককে আদেশ প্রদান করিবে।]
