২৪৭৷ (১) ট্রাস্টি বোর্ডের অফিস কোম্পানীর আংগিনায় স্থাপিত হইবে, এবং যে ক্ষেত্রে কোন কোম্পানীর একাধিক অফিস অথবা ইউনিট থাকে, সেক্ষেত্রে উহার রেজিস্ট্রিকৃত প্রধান কার্যালয়ে ইহা স্থাপিত হইবে৷
