☘️৩. কোন মহিলা শ্রমিকের সন্তান প্রসবের অব্যবহিত পরবর্তী ৮ সপ্তাহের মধ্যে সে কোন কাজ করতে পারবে না এবং মালিকও তাকে সজ্ঞানে কোন কাজ করাতে পারবে না। (ধারা-৪৬(১,২))।
