১২০। বিষয় অথবা প্রসঙ্গের পরিপন্থী কোন কিছু না থাকিলে, এই অধ্যায়ে “মজুরী” বলিতে ধারা ২(৪৫) এ মজুরী বলিতে যে অর্থ করা হইয়াছে তাহা, এবং নিম্নলিখিত পাওনাগুলিও ইহার অর্ন্তভুক্ত হইবে, যথাঃ-
(ক) নিয়োগের শর্ত মোতাবেক প্রদেয় কোন বোনাস অথবা অন্য কোন অতিরিক্ত পারিশ্রমিক;
(খ) ছুটি, বন্ধ অথবা অধিকাল কর্মের জন্য প্রদেয় কোন পারিশ্রমিক;
(গ) কোন আদালতের আদেশ অথবা পৰদ্বয়ের মধ্যে কোন রোয়েদাদ বা নিষ্পত্তির অধীনে প্রদেয় কোন পারিশ্রমিক;
(ঘ) চাকুরীর অবসান, উহা ছাটাই, ডিসচার্জ, অপসারণ, পদত্যাগ, অবসর, বরখাসত অথবা অন্য যে ভাবেই হউক না কেন, এর কারণে কোন চুক্তি বা এই আইনের অধীন প্রদেয় কোন অর্থ; এবং
(ঙ) লে-অফ অথবা সাময়িক বরখাসতের কারণে প্রদেয় কোন অর্থ।
