Medical Assistant সার্কুলারে অনেক সময়-
Educational Requirements:At least 4 years Diploma in Nursing degree from any recognized medical institution.Candidate must have BNC registration.
এখানে ভুলটা হলো মেডিকেল এ্যাসিস্টেন্ট দের জন্য কখনো BNC রেজিস্টেশন দেওয়া হয়না।তারা ৪ বছর কোর্স শেষ করার পর BM&DC রেজিস্টেশন পায়।
Nurse সার্কুলারে অনেক সময়-

এখানে ভুলটা হলো নার্স দের কখনো BM&DC রেজিস্টেশন দেওয়া হয়না।তারা BNC থেকে রেজিস্টেশন পায়।
মেডিকেল এ্যাসিস্টেন্ট ও নার্স এক পদবি নয়।এক পড়াশুনো নয়।তাদের কোর্স কারিকুলাম জব কাজের ধরন সব কিছু আলাদা আলাদ।সরকার থেকে তাদের রেজিস্টেশন আলাদা আলাদা ভাবে দেওয়া হয়।
মোট কথা সেবা দান করার জন্য নার্স ও চিকিৎসা দেবার জন্য মেডিকেল এ্যাসিস্টেন্ট।
ফ্যক্টরি লেভেলে অনেক সময় নার্স পোস্টে মেডিকেল এ্যসিস্টেন বা মেডিকেল এ্যাসিস্টেন্ট পোস্টে নার্স নেই।এটা নির্ভর করে সম্পূর্ণজ কোম্পানির উপর।তবে নিয়োগ দেবার ক্ষেত্র বেশির ভাগ সময়ই এই ভুলটা লক্ষ করা যায়।এতে অনেকের বিভ্রান্ত হয়ে থাকে।
