BSCI Audit Rating System depends on it’s 13 performance area evaluation . BSCI have rating system as A,B,C,D,E and Zero tolerance
Depending on 13 performance area the audit report system can explained as below chart.
Explain of rating conditions :
A – Very Good ( Mark 86% to 100%) : If audit report have minimum 07 performance area rated A but not accepted any rating area C,D or E . Don’t need any follow-up audit between 02 years . But there have possibility to conduct an unannounced from BSCI (no- third party) if the BSCI think need.
B- Good ( Mark 71% to 85%) : Maximum 03 performance area rated C but not accepted any rating of D and E . Don’t need any follow-up audit between 02 years .
C- Acceptable ( Mark 51% to 70%) : Maximum 02 performance area rated D but not accepted any rating of E . Need follow-up audit after 01 years .
D- Insufficient or Poor ( Mark 30% to 50%) : Maximum 06 performance area rated E. Follow-up audit can happened at anytime.
E- Unacceptable or Very Poor ( Mark 0% to 29%) : Maximum 07 performance area rated E. The audit result means fail .
Zero Tolerance (ZT) : Any violation of law and COC .
