২৮৪৷ কোন ব্যক্তি কোন শিশু বা কিশোরকে চাকুরীতে নিযুক্ত করিলে, অথবা এই আইনের কোন বিধান লঙ্ঘন করিয়া কোন শিশু বা কিশোরকে চাকুরী করিবার অনুমতি দিলে, তিনি পাঁচ হাজার টাকা পর্যন্ত অর্থদণ্ডে দণ্ডনীয় হইবেন৷
