২২। (১) কোন শ্রমিককে, কোন রেজিস্টার্ড চিকিৎসক কর্তৃক প্রত্যয়িত, শারীরিক বা মানসিক অক্ষমতা বা অব্যাহত ভগ্ন স্বাস্থ্যের কারণে চাকুরী হইতে ডিসচার্জ করা যাইবে।
(২) ডিসচার্জকৃত কোন শ্রমিক অনূ্যন এক বৎসর অবিচ্ছিন্ন চাকুরী সম্পূর্ণ করিলে তাহাকে মালিক তাহার প্রত্যেক বৎসর চাকুরীর জন্য ক্ষতিপূরণ হিসাবে ত্রিশ দিনের মজুরী অথবা গ্রাচ্যুইটি, যদি প্রদেয় হয়, যাহা অধিক হইবে, প্রদান করিবেন।
