আমরা যারা HR / Compliance professional , আমাদের প্রায় প্রতিদিন বিভিন্ন Buyer বা Audit এর সম্মুখীন হতে হয়। তার জন্য আমাদেরকে factory or company এর কিছু common প্রশ্নের Answer বা তথ্য শেয়ার করতে হয়। সে জন্য ঔসকল Answer বা তথ্যগুলো নোট আকারে রেখে দিলে Buyer বা Auditor কে অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে তথ্যগুলো শেয়ার করা সহজ হয়। সে ক্ষেত্রে ঔসকল common প্রশ্নের Answer বা তথ্যগুলো নোট করে রাখার জন্য আমি এখানে একটি format শেয়ার করলাম।
এটি একটি idea মাত্র । আপনি আপনার মত করে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য অন্তর্ভূক্ত করতে পারেন।
