Performing General HR Related Activities.

· Assisting the factory management on worker recruitment and selection activities.

· Maintaining required to register & records under different applicable labor law.

· Coordinating training sessions according to the interest of the company.

· Should have sound knowledge and idea about Labor Law/amendments.

· Ensuring worker Grievances are resolved with a caring approach.

· Following up and accomplishing the activities of employee’s Confirmation,  

  Extension, Promotion, Warning, Show Cause, Enquiry Notice & Report, Dismissal

  Letter, and so on.

· Conducting employee separation process.

· Preparing letters and memos.

· Formal Report writing & Documentation.

· Checking carefully the monthly payroll/increment sheet of existing employees.

· Checking & maintaining all documents as required by law.
